Agreement

By using One Tiny Party ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

One Tiny Party is operated from India. These terms are governed by Indian law.

What the Service Does

One Tiny Party is a free baby registry tool. Parents create a list of items they want by pasting product links from external websites. Guests view the list via a password-protected link and purchase items directly from those external websites.

We do not sell products, process payments, or handle shipping. We are a link-sharing and gift-tracking tool only.

Accounts

• You need a Google account to create a registry. We use Google OAuth for authentication and store only your name, email, and profile photo.
• You are responsible for the content you add to your registry, including item titles, descriptions, images, and links.
• One account per person. Do not create accounts on behalf of others without their permission.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or are used for purposes unrelated to baby registries.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use One Tiny Party to:

• Post links to illegal, harmful, or fraudulent content
• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to access other users' registries without authorization
• Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
• Use the Service for any purpose other than personal baby registries

Content and Links

Registry items contain links to third-party websites (Amazon, Flipkart, FirstCry, etc.). We do not control these websites and are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or policies.

Product prices, images, and availability on external stores may change at any time. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any product information displayed on your registry.

You retain ownership of any original content (titles, descriptions, images) you add to your registry. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to display it within the Service.

Pricing

One Tiny Party is free. There is no premium tier, no hidden fees, and no paid features. If we ever introduce paid features in the future, existing free features will remain free.

Service Availability

We aim to keep One Tiny Party available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. If we discontinue the Service, we will provide reasonable notice and allow users to export their data.

Limitation of Liability

One Tiny Party is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Purchases made on external websites through registry links
• Product defects, delivery issues, or refund disputes with external stores
• Data loss due to technical failures
• Unauthorized access to your registry (please use a strong password)
• Any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service

Data and Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please read our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Termination

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing hello@onetinyparty.com. We will process deletion requests within 7 days.

We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. In such cases, we will notify you by email and delete your data within 30 days.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
